Antigoon Invest is a Belgian real estate investment company with its main goal as investing in existing real estate spv's containing Belgian properties (both commercially and residentially let) in good mostly inner-city locations.

The current portfolio consists of 15 real estate companies with properties in the Belgian cities of Antwerp and Mechelen. Just over 70% of total rental income is originated by commercially let properties (ground floor shopping spaces), 20% by residential tenants (mostly apartments), 8% by parking spaces and 2% by offices.
